Hong Kong Tramways from Macau Ferry Terminal to Hillier Street, Sheung Wan

We did not like having a set up where the toilet and the shower were combined. The other one is in North Point which is slightly less expensive. Booked a city view room, but was pleasantly surprised that there is a narrow view of the ocean. Like all other Ibis hotels the restaurant is pricey especially alcoholic beveridges. Really, though, a five-minute walk is nothing. The MTR stops running at some point, folks. This is a typical Ibis Hotel. Our stay was amazing. This hotel is actually in an excellent location. It is a quick taxi ride to the night life of Lan Kwai Fong. I have to say by putting us all on the same floor, it was a good start to our wonderful holiday in Hong Kong. There was even a mini fridge for you to use, which we totally did! We stayed in the Harbour View room, which had a mesmerizing view of Victoria Harbour looking across to Kowloon. As a matter of fact I have been using the tram service and not relying on the overcrowded MTR system for as long as I am travelling on HK island itself. The saving grace was the high ceiling which helps to create alot of room space in spite of the limited floor area. There are both cantonese and english channels for your viewing pleasure. But take into account that my friend and I love to walk. I don't know about you guys, but I cannot recommend this place enough. Taste comes highly recommended by the property. It's firmly based in Sheung Wan. For people heading to Hong Kong and on a budget, do start off your trip with this hotel! If you plan on doing a lot of activities that are on Kowloon instead of on Hong Kong Island, it may be wise to go with another hotel. It might take less than 10 mins by walking Exit-A2. Plus at night, it's totally quiet. By the way, the hotel only offers 3-IN-1 wash gel. The property will be notified and reach out to you directly. For those who complain about poor TV reception, click on the HDMI button on the remote control and you will get to watch all the local channels in full HD glory. This may be offered by the property, subject to availability.

Guests must check-out before PM to avoid additional fees. An extensive range of facilities and services including teleconferencing systems and Wi-Fi is available to help make your business event a successful one. We can go everywhere in Hong Kong by MRT, bus, tram or walk around to see local life and try simple food.

To reach the hotel, you can take the airport shuttle A11 and drop off at the Hong Kong-Macau ferry terminal. We stayed for six and the second deciding factor was definitely the floor. Free WiFi made it all the more amazing as well. This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel this year and I couldn't be more pleased. Instead of walking to Sheung Wan MTR, take full advantage of the cheap and excellent tram system, there is a tram stop right next to the hotel. You're basically right across the harbor from the IFC. We didn't get the hotel's breakfast, as HK has so many other delicious and cheap food options, but noted that there is a Starbucks downstairs, which seems vastly popular at all hours. You can travel around in Hong Kong easily with taxi service provided by the property. Thank you to all the staff for taking care of us during our short 3 night stay but a wonderful holiday for all of us. It is easy to access to central station area. Fell asleep in bed each day like a baby. I chose that hotel for its affordability and proximity to Central and Sheung Wan, which were my main areas of interests. It may possibly have a Central Post code but that would merely be a technicality. It's an Ibis, so you won't get turndown service, but for the price and location, it really can't be beat! The hotel is clean and quality. We pretty love this place, it's new, very clean and good location. On the surface this might be the dead boring part of the town, with all the dried seafood shops but there are lots of hidden gems and good food in the vicinity In short, take the effort to explore the vicinity and you will be rewarded :. The hotel front desk operates 24 hours a day. It was a lot bigger than we imagined because space in Hong Kong is limited! Interested in hosting a business event? You may request early check-in or late check-out as a special request through the booking form. You may save on breakfast costs with Agoda by booking a room with breakfast, which is often included at a discounted rate. Always held the doors open for us. It you are not used to it, bringing your own bath stuff is highly recommended. We slept like babies. Complete convenience. And despite getting a city view, it was still lovely opening up the drapes to massive windows. Hong Kong-Macau ferry terminal is only minutes walk away, making it easy to get to Macau for a short day trip. Much love! I travelled with a friend and upon arrival we could not get two double beds. This is the second Ibis hotel in Hong Kong built within the last 2 years. But the trade off for this place is the beautiful ocean view Oh and the glass windows are huge; a beautiful sight to wake up to. The rooms are small, but reasonably spacious by HK standards. Super comfortable. My friend and I rave about our room many times during and after our stay. The tram station of queen street is just in front of the hotel. We booked 5 rooms totally and hotel put us all on the same floor. But this bathroom was clean with a sliding door divide for the shower! It is slightly off centre, clean and secure and good value for money. Sheung Wan itself and the surrounding neighborhoods are getting hipper every year, with tons of cute eateries, coffee shops, and dim sum joints. That's not a bad thing at all. There is an additional charge of HKD for adults, if not included in the room rate. I don't know how many hotels I have found that did not do that or were not as clean as this one! The only "con" I can say is, it's not a very central location. Although advertised as Sheung Wan and Central for all intents and purposes this hotel is located in Sheung Wan. Hotel gave us more complimentary water in the middle of the night. The journey time will only take around minutes, and you will save loads of money by not taking the airport express. Fit the both of us and then some perfectly! This helps a lot as we go about coordinating our travel plans, on the places of interest to visit. The first was the bathroom. Given typical HK real estate standards, the rooms were actually quite spacious! I have seen how they helpfully gave directions to tourists. The staff was very friendly and all speak english. And taking a taxi all the time can cut into your budget! Guests can also easily access Hong Kong's central business and shopping hub by foot. The finest international cuisine is served at the restaurant. Dim Sum Square is delicious and just an 8 minute walk away. Room was clean, and the staff spoke good english and mandarin. The hotel is new, which is a blessing in itself as compared to the old and decaying buildings everywhere in HK. Will definately stay here again. You can satisfy your large appetite at the restaurant"s all-you-can-eat buffet. The lovely housekeeper and staff downstairs were also extraordinarily polite. They were polite and helpful. Hotel is very convenient to move about. Biggest double bed I have ever seen in Hong Kong. For us, the room's quite OK not big but comfortable.
